He has been working as an Associate Professor at IBA, University of the Punjab, Lahore since 2026. He completed his split Ph.D. Business Administration from National College of Business Administration & Economics, Lahore, and the University of British Columbia, Canada in 2017. He worked as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Sciences, Lahore Garrison University from September, 2017 to October, 2018. He represented IBA in different National and International conferences, including the 2019 Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD) Conference, USA, and the 10th International Conference on Systematic Innovation, at the University of Liverpool, UK, in 2019. He also delivers training sessions at the Management and Professional Development Department (MPDD), Govt. of the Punjab, Lahore.

His research and teaching interests are Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Strategic Management. He is also an HEC-approved supervisor and is supervising the postgraduate students at IBA.
