The aim of these research programs is to develop individuals who wish pursue a research-oriented professional career in academia or business .The M.Phil. program is a rigorous research based two year program .It will also facilitate the graduates to continue with their Ph.D. degree . On the other hand, Ph.D. is a three years program. The main objectives of the two programs are:

1. To prepare individuals with the depth of knowledge and research competence of  international level to fill positions in Research Organizations. Industry, Management and Educational Institutions.
2. To improve the qualification, skills, and expertise of teachers and professionals.
3. To promote research activity in the domain of business administration particularly in the context of the business sector in Pakistan.
